Program Overview

The professional PhD degree program in Electronic Information includes seven research areas and this program aims to motivate students’ creativity and engineering practice ability. We have the faculty team consists of academicians, national level talents, and industrial specialists in order to cultivate the high-level talents as well as industrial professionals. We also have several research platforms and closely cooperate with industries to provide our students with competitive conditions. This major include two research interests: graph and image intelligent processing, data engineering and intelligent network.

2008年獲得新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)工程博士學(xué)位，目前擔(dān)任深圳大學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)計(jì)算技術(shù)國(guó)家工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任、計(jì)算機(jī)與軟件學(xué)院人工智能系系主任。主要從事演化計(jì)算、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、生物信息學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。擔(dān)任中國(guó)數(shù)字音視頻編解碼技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作組(AVS)基因壓縮專(zhuān)題組組長(zhǎng)，IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, Emergent Technologies Task Force on Memetic Computing主席，期刊IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation和IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence副主編。已主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題2項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng)，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文180多篇，SCI他引4000多次。

Zexuan ZHU is a Professor with the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, China. He received his B.Sc degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Fudan University, China, in 2003 and the Ph.D degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2008. His research interests include computational intelligence, machine learning, and bioinformatics. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation and IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, and serves as the Editorial Board Member of Memetic Computing Journal. He is also the Chair of the IEEE CIS Emergent Technologies Task Force on Memetic Computing.

深圳大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)與軟件學(xué)院的副教授，國(guó)家高性能中心深圳分中心成員、電氣電子工程師學(xué)會(huì)(IEEE)成員、中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)(CCF)成員，美國(guó)人工智能協(xié)會(huì)( AAAI)終身會(huì)員，深圳市海外高層次人才。2010年獲香港科技大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與工程系博士學(xué)位。張滇有豐富的海外教學(xué)和科研經(jīng)歷，她的研究興趣包括數(shù)據(jù)分析和移動(dòng)計(jì)算。近年來(lái)，她的研究成果發(fā)表在國(guó)際知名會(huì)議和期刊上40余篇，包括SIG KDD, IEEE TMC, TPDS, INFOCOM, ICDCS,PERCOM, WCM 等。此外，張滇主持了多個(gè)研究項(xiàng)目，包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和青年項(xiàng)目，廣東省自然科學(xué)基金，深圳基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目，孔雀項(xiàng)目等。張滇獲得過(guò)多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)包括中國(guó)教育部自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)（第2完成人），2013 IBM Faculty Award, 2015 Shenzhen Peacock Talent Award 及2019 中國(guó)太平洋保險(xiǎn)公司(深圳)研究成就獎(jiǎng)。

Prof. Zhang is an Associate Professor at the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University. She is also an adjunct associate professor at Department of Computing and Decision Sciences, Lingnan University, Hong Kong. She received her PhD in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2010 under the supervision of Prof. Lionel M. Ni. Her research interests span over big data analytics, mobile computing, Internet of Things. Her research works have been published in many international well-known journals and conferences, including IEEE transaction on Mobile Computing (TMC), IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE ICDCS, IEEE PERCOM, IEEE Big Data. Her work has been widely cited by prestigious institutes such as Stanford University, McGill University, Tsinghua University. She is the PI of many research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shenzhen Peacock projects. She is the recipient of 2018 Ministry of Education of China 2nd Class Academic Research Outstanding Award in Nature Science (中國(guó)教育部自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)), 2013 IBM Faculty Award, 2015 Shenzhen Peacock Talent Award and 2019 China Pacific Insurance Research Achievement Award.
