Program Overview

The professional PhD degree program in Electronic Information includes seven research areas and this program aims to motivate students’ creativity and engineering practice ability. We have the faculty team consists of academicians, national level talents, and industrial specialists in order to cultivate the high-level talents as well as industrial professionals. We also have several research platforms and closely cooperate with industries to provide our students with competitive conditions. This major include four research interests: visual computing and visual analysis, internet of things and mobile computing, cloud computing and service computing, high performance computing and application.

崔來(lái)中，男，博士，特聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才，廣東省青年珠江學(xué)者，深圳大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)與軟件學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，人工智能與數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)廣東省實(shí)驗(yàn)室（深圳）主任助理，粵港現(xiàn)代信息服務(wù)省部共建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心副主任，國(guó)際電子工程師學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員(IEEE Senior Member)，中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員（CCF Senior Member），人工智能學(xué)會(huì)（CAAI）會(huì)員，CCF互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專(zhuān)委會(huì)常委，CCF大數(shù)據(jù)專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員、CCF區(qū)塊鏈專(zhuān)委會(huì)委員，CAAI知識(shí)工程與分布智能委員會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)。2007年6月于吉林大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)與軟件學(xué)院獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2012年6月于清華大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)系獲計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)博士學(xué)位，師從吳建平院士。研究領(lǐng)域包括：下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、邊緣計(jì)算、區(qū)塊鏈、分布式機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)和智能計(jì)算。擔(dān)任SCI期刊《IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing 》、《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》、《IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management 》和《International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics 》的副編輯。已主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、深圳市優(yōu)青（首屆）等科研項(xiàng)目10多項(xiàng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外重要期刊以及國(guó)際會(huì)議上發(fā)表SCI/EI檢索論文100余篇；以第一作者出版教材1本，負(fù)責(zé)廣東省一流本科課程《計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)》。

Laizhong Cui is a Distinguished Professor with the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, China. He received his Bachelor's degree in computer science from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Jilin University, China, in 2007 and the Ph.D degree from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, China, in 2012. His supervisor is Prof. Jianping Wu.The research interests include Next-Generation internet architecture, software defined network, industrial internet, edge computing, blockchain, distributed machine learning, and intelligent computing.
