一、招生專(zhuān)業(yè)
Programs
深圳大學(xué)目前已經(jīng)具有博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的政治傳播學(xué)、新聞傳播學(xué)、信息與通信工程、市政環(huán)境與公共健康、管理科學(xué)與經(jīng)濟(jì)決策、光機(jī)電工程與應(yīng)用、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、建筑學(xué)、理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、心理學(xué)、大數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、土木工程、光學(xué)工程、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程（醫(yī)）、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程（工）和生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程（理） 十七個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)均招收留學(xué)博士生。2021年來(lái)華留學(xué)博士生招生專(zhuān)業(yè)及指導(dǎo)教師請(qǐng)查看附件。
Shenzhen University has been authorized to confer doctoral degrees in Political Communication、Journalism and Communication、Information and Communications Engineering、Municipal Environment and Public Health、Management Science and Economic Decision、Optomechatronics Engineering and Application、Computer Science and Technology、Architecture、Theoretical Economics、Chinese Language and Literature、Psychology、Big Data Science and Technology、Civil Engineering、Optical Engineering、Biomedical Engineering (Medicine)、Biomedical Engineering (Engineering)、Biomedical Engineering (Sciences). 二、 學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)年限
Study form and duration
1. 學(xué)習(xí)方式為全日制。
Full-time study.
2. 學(xué)習(xí)年限一般為3年，最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)5年。
The normal duration is 3 years, with the maximum of 5 years.
三、申請(qǐng)資格
Applicant Qualifications
1. 申請(qǐng)人須是非中國(guó)國(guó)籍公民，持有效外國(guó)護(hù)照，身體健康，品行端正，遵守中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。
The applicant should be non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passports, and should be good in physical and mental health and shall abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules of school.
2. 申請(qǐng)人須具有碩士以上學(xué)位，年齡一般在40周歲以下。
Applicants should hold Master’s degree or above, and should be under the age of 40.
3. 申請(qǐng)人的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、學(xué)術(shù)水平等條件須達(dá)到所申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)業(yè)的入學(xué)要求。熟練掌握漢語(yǔ)或者英語(yǔ)，能運(yùn)用漢語(yǔ)或者英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行溝通交流、課程學(xué)習(xí)、課題研究和學(xué)位論文寫(xiě)作。
Applicants should meet the requirements for admission in academic performance, academic ability and other qualifications. Applicants should also be proficient in Chinese or English, and can use Chinese or English for communication, course study, subject research and dissertation writing.

Certificate and diploma of Master's degree. Graduates shall provide pre-graduation certificate. (Those who have not graduated from master program, submit a pre-graduation certificate which shows your expected graduation time and present your original certification, transcripts, and translations when you register. )
2. 碩士階段全部課程的成績(jī)單
The transcripts of all courses during postgraduate period
3. 兩封推薦信（教授或副教授出具，中文/英文書(shū)寫(xiě)，須有推薦人姓名和聯(lián)系方式）
Two Letters of Recommendation (Signed by professors or associate professors in Chinese or English with the name of the referral and contact information)

除上述申請(qǐng)材料外，申請(qǐng)人須根據(jù)我校的要求，按時(shí)提交其他補(bǔ)充材料。
In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials in time to the requirements of SZU.
* 各類(lèi)證明、學(xué)位證和成績(jī)單必須從有效機(jī)關(guān)簽發(fā)及公證。
All certificates, diplomas and transcripts must be issued and notarized by the valid authorities.
* 所有文件必須經(jīng)過(guò)正規(guī)翻譯公司翻譯成中文或者英文。
All the documents must be translated in Chinese or English by responsible translation company.
* 申請(qǐng)材料不全者不予受理。不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。
Applicants who provide incomplete materials will not be accepted. The materials above won’t be returned whether you are admitted or not.
六、錄取流程
Admission Procedure
1. 在申請(qǐng)截止后，我校組織專(zhuān)家評(píng)審小組對(duì)申請(qǐng)資料進(jìn)行審核。深圳大學(xué)博士留學(xué)生的錄取主要對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)水平和語(yǔ)言能力等的綜合考核，如有需要，可安排遠(yuǎn)程或當(dāng)面面試。
After the application deadline, SZU will organize a panel of experts to review the application documents. SZU will admit doctoral applicants based on the overall assessment of theirs scores and all other supporting documents. During the process, long-distance or face-to-face interviews will be conducted, if necessary.
2. 2021年6月，預(yù)錄取結(jié)果將以郵件形式通知學(xué)生。
In June, 2021, pre-admission results will be sent to applicants via email.
3. 2021年7月，我校確定最終錄取的學(xué)生名單，并按照學(xué)生在網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)填寫(xiě)的郵寄地址寄送錄取材料原件。
In July, 2021, after confirmation of the list of admitted applicants, admission materials will be posted to applicants according to the address provided by the applicants on the application form.
4. 被錄取的學(xué)生可持《錄取通知書(shū)》和來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)簽證申請(qǐng)表(JW202)到中國(guó)使館申請(qǐng)X1簽證，在抵達(dá)中國(guó)后30天內(nèi)將X1簽證轉(zhuǎn)換成學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)居留許可，逾期不辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)者，將做退學(xué)處理。學(xué)校不接受持非學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)簽證的學(xué)生報(bào)到入學(xué)。
Students who are accepted should apply for the X1 visa at their country’s Chinese Embassy (or Chinese Consulate) with “Shenzhen University Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China(JW202)”, and change X1 visa into a Residence permit for Foreign Students within 30 days after they enter China. Students who don’t apply for the relevant visa and residence permit will have to drop out. SZU doesn’t accept students with non-student visas.
5. 被錄取的學(xué)生須根據(jù)《錄取通知書(shū)》上所寫(xiě)的報(bào)到日期和報(bào)到地點(diǎn)來(lái)校報(bào)到注冊(cè)，不接受學(xué)生提前報(bào)到。
Students who are accepted must register at the date and the address according to “Shenzhen University Admission Notice”. Registration in advance will not be accepted.
七、學(xué)費(fèi)與獎(jiǎng)助學(xué)金等其它待遇

3. 獎(jiǎng)助學(xué)金 Scholarship and Grants
(1) 校級(jí)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：文科類(lèi)：34000元/年
理工科類(lèi)：40000元/年
醫(yī)學(xué)/藝術(shù)/體育類(lèi)：52000元/年
University scholarship for Liberal Arts: 34,000 RMB/year
University scholarship for Science and Engineering: 40,000 RMB/year
University scholarship for Medicine/Arts/Physical: 52,000 RMB/year
校級(jí)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金用于抵扣學(xué)費(fèi)。
University scholarship is used to pay tuition fees.
(2) 基本助學(xué)金Basic Grants
學(xué)校提供每年40000元的基本助學(xué)金，分12個(gè)月發(fā)放。
SZU will provide a basic stipend of 40,000RMB per year which will be offered by 12 months.
(3) 導(dǎo)師科研津貼Research allowance from supervisors
指導(dǎo)教師為所招收的留學(xué)博士生提供每月1000元的津貼，用于科研補(bǔ)貼或?qū)W術(shù)交流。
Supervisors will provide a monthly allowance of 1,000RMB for doctoral students as research subsidies or academic exchange subsidies.
* 延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)期間的第一年，留學(xué)博士生可享受學(xué)?；惊?jiǎng)助學(xué)金，之后的延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)期間不再享受上述待遇。
Students can have preferential treatment such as scholarships, grants fees for the first extended year of study. Such preferential treatment is not available from the second extended year of study.
4. 住宿與保險(xiǎn)
Accommodation and Insurance
（1）住宿：校內(nèi)宿舍設(shè)置單人間、雙人間、單人套間可供選擇，費(fèi)用為5400-10000RMB/人/學(xué)期。學(xué)生需按所選房型自行繳納住宿費(fèi)。（水電費(fèi)另外計(jì)收）
Accommodation: single rooms, double rooms and en suites are all available. The fees vary from 5,400 to 10,000 RMB for per student per semester. Students need to pay for the selected type of dormitory by themselves. (Water and electricity charges are not included)
（2）保險(xiǎn)：400元/學(xué)期。外國(guó)留學(xué)生須購(gòu)買(mǎi)我校指定的團(tuán)體綜合保險(xiǎn)，注冊(cè)報(bào)到時(shí)到國(guó)際交流學(xué)院購(gòu)買(mǎi)，對(duì)于未按要求購(gòu)買(mǎi)保險(xiǎn)者，我校將不予辦理入學(xué)注冊(cè)手續(xù)。
Insurance: 400RMB/semester. International students should purchase the group all-risk insurance designated by SZU. Students are required to purchase insurance from the College of International Exchange on registration day. Those who do not purchase the insurance as required will not be able to get registered.
八、學(xué)位授予
Conferring of Degrees
學(xué)習(xí)期滿(mǎn)，完成教學(xué)計(jì)劃規(guī)定的課程，修滿(mǎn)學(xué)分并通過(guò)博士學(xué)位論文答辯者，經(jīng)校學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)審核批準(zhǔn)后，頒發(fā)深圳大學(xué)畢業(yè)證書(shū)并授予博士學(xué)位。
Once approved by the academic degree evaluation committee, students who have completed all the planned courses and gained all the designated credits, as well as passed the doctoral thesis defense will be awarded a doctoral degree and graduation certificate of Shenzhen University.
