根據(jù)教育部中外語(yǔ)言交流合作中心發(fā)布的《國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)辦法（2025年）》，結(jié)合我校實(shí)際情況，制定本獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目（非學(xué)歷生）申請(qǐng)指引。

為滿(mǎn)足國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)日益增長(zhǎng)的中文教育類(lèi)人才的需求，促進(jìn)世界各國(guó)中文教育的發(fā)展，助力國(guó)際中文教育人才的成長(zhǎng)，教育部中外語(yǔ)言交流合作中心（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)語(yǔ)合中心）設(shè)立國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金），聚焦培養(yǎng)合格的海外中文教師?？鬃訉W(xué)院、獨(dú)立設(shè)置的孔子課堂，部分漢語(yǔ)考試考點(diǎn)，外國(guó)相關(guān)教育機(jī)構(gòu)、高校中文師范專(zhuān)業(yè)/中文院系、國(guó)外有關(guān)中文教學(xué)行業(yè)組織、中國(guó)駐外使（領(lǐng)）館等（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)推薦機(jī)構(gòu)）可推薦優(yōu)秀學(xué)生和在職中文教師申請(qǐng)到我校學(xué)習(xí)和進(jìn)修國(guó)際中文教育及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。

現(xiàn)將2026年春季深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目非學(xué)歷生招生辦法發(fā)布如下：

一、資助對(duì)象

1.身心健康，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)；

2.非中國(guó)籍人士；對(duì)華友好，無(wú)違法犯罪記錄，遵守中國(guó)政府的法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度；

3.有志于從事中文教育、教學(xué)及相關(guān)工作；

4.年齡為16-35周歲（以2025年9月1日計(jì)），在職中文教師放寬至45周歲。

To meet the growing international demand for Chinese language teachers, facilitate Chinese language education around the world, and support the professional development of Chinese language teachers, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) has established the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) for eligible Chinese language teachers outside of China. Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs/Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language teaching, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as Recommending Institutions) may recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to further their studies in international Chinese language education and related programs at SZU.

I. Eligibility

a) In good physical and mental conditions, and with good academic performance and conduct;

b) Non-Chinese citizens; should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university;

c) Aspiring to work in the Chinese language education and related fields;

d) Aged between 16 and 35 (as of September 1, 2025). The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.

二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類(lèi)別及申請(qǐng)條件（非學(xué)歷生）

1.一學(xué)期線(xiàn)下研修生

a) Scholarship for One-Semester Program

The program commences in March 2026, and provides scholarship for a maximum of 5 months, covering tuition fee, accommodation fee (free double room accommodation on campus or accommodation subsidy provided according to the International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship funding standard), comprehensive medical insurance expenses and living allowance (2500 RMB per month). Applicants can apply for majors including international Chinese language education and Chinese language and literature, and shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK Test (Level 3)and those with an HSKK test score are preferred. Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship within the past three years will not be considered.

三、申請(qǐng)流程及時(shí)間

1.申請(qǐng)流程

1）申請(qǐng)者可登錄中外語(yǔ)言交流合作中心網(wǎng)站（http://www.chinese.cn）國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金板塊，查詢(xún)推薦機(jī)構(gòu)與接收院校，在線(xiàn)提交申請(qǐng)材料，關(guān)注申請(qǐng)進(jìn)程、審核意見(jiàn)與獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審結(jié)果；

2）登錄我校在線(xiàn)申請(qǐng)網(wǎng)站（https://status.szu.edu.cn/szulxs/stuzs/stuLogin.action?fpage_id=216）進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)（選擇【語(yǔ)言生】，備注處請(qǐng)注明“國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)者”）；

3）院校審核；

4）中外語(yǔ)言交流合作中心授予獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金；

5）接收院校發(fā)放錄取通知書(shū)；

6）按接收院校錄取通知書(shū)規(guī)定的時(shí)間入學(xué)報(bào)到。

2.申請(qǐng)截止日期（以北京時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）

        2026年3月入學(xué)：學(xué)生申請(qǐng)截止日期為10月31日。

中心委托專(zhuān)家組集中評(píng)審：根據(jù) HSK、HSKK考分和級(jí)別等因素?fù)駜?yōu)資助，于入學(xué)前約3個(gè)月完成獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審工作，公布評(píng)審結(jié)果。

III. Application Procedures and Deadlines

A. Application Procedures

a) Applicants should visit the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (http://www.chinese.cn) to check the recommending institutions and host institutions, submit application materials online, and receive notices on the application process, review comments, and results of the scholarship evaluation;

b) Applicants should also submit the application on the official website of College of International Exchange, Shenzhen University (https://status.szu.edu.cn/szulxs/stuzs/stuLogin.action?fpage_id=216). Please select [Language Student] and note down that you are an applicant for the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship in the system;

c) Host institutions review the eligibility of applicants;

d) CLEC (Center for Language Education and Cooperation) awards scholarship;

e) Host institutions issue admission letters;

f) Admitted students must complete the registration procedures according to the date stated in the admission letters.

B. Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)

For program commencing in March 2026, applicants must complete their applications by October 31.CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores and other factors. The review of the applications will be completed and results will be released about three months before the program starts.

四、申請(qǐng)材料

1.護(hù)照照片頁(yè)掃描件；

2.HSK、HSKK 成績(jī)報(bào)告（有效期兩年）掃描件；

3.推薦機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人的推薦信；

4.未滿(mǎn)18周歲的申請(qǐng)者，須提交在華法定監(jiān)護(hù)人署名的委托證明文件；

5.在職中文教師須附上就職機(jī)構(gòu)出具的在職證明和推薦信；

6.無(wú)犯罪記錄證明；

7.外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄。

IV. Application Materials

a) A scanned copy of passport photo page;

b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);

c) A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions;

d) Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China;

e) In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer;

f) Non-criminal record certificate;

g) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

五、關(guān)于在職中文教師和漢語(yǔ)橋獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)?/span>

1.在職中文教師

在職中文教師申請(qǐng)各類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，可提供就職機(jī)構(gòu)出具的在職證明和推薦信，同等條件下優(yōu)先錄取。

2.漢語(yǔ)橋獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)?/span>

在各類(lèi)漢語(yǔ)橋比賽中獲得“國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書(shū)”者，登錄國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站，憑獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書(shū)向深圳大學(xué)提交申請(qǐng)材料。如有問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)咨詢(xún)[email protected]。

V. Policies Regarding In-Service Chinese Language Teachers and “Chinese Bridge” Winners

a) In-Service Chinese Language Teachers

In-service Chinese language teachers may be exempted from HSK certificates if they provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the employer and In-Service Chinese language teachers are preferred.

b) “Chinese Bridge” Winners

Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during the “Chinese Bridge” competitions may submit their application materials along with their scholarship certificates to Shenzhen University on the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. 六、其他

1.未按時(shí)報(bào)到、入學(xué)體檢不合格、中途退學(xué)、休學(xué)者，取消獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

2.申請(qǐng)者只能申請(qǐng)一種由中國(guó)政府機(jī)構(gòu)提供的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，重復(fù)申請(qǐng)視為無(wú)效，一經(jīng)查實(shí)將取消獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

VI. Miscellaneous

a) Students who fail to register on time, fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from the university before completing the program, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.

b) Applicants can only apply for one type of scholarship provided by the Chinese government. Repeated applications will be considered invalid and will be disqualified upon verification.
