 Dr. Kai Zhang is the Pengcheng distinguished professor of Shenzhen in finance. He is now theVice President of Guangdong university of Finance and Economics. He is also the formerDean of Institute of Financial Technology and the Chinese Dean of Shenzhen Audencia Business School, Shenzhen University . His main research area is in Finance and Economics. In 2006, he obtained a Ph.D. in Financial Optimization at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After graduating, he was engaged in post-doctoral research at the University of Western Australia and Monash University in 2006 and 2008, and engaged in academic visits at Northeastern University Business School from 2013 to 2014. He has been engaged in theoretical and practical research in applied economics, financial engineering, quantitative investment, and risk management. He is the member of Editorial Board of several international SCI journals. He has published about 40 academic papers and 2 monographs. In recent years, He has undertaken a large number of major issues of the National Fund Committee, the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Education, and the Shenzhen Local Taxation Bureau. At the same time, he served as a project review and decision-making expert for local governments in Shenzhen and Dongguan. Also, He is an academic advisor to several investment companies.

Li Donghui, graduated from the Department of Audit, School of Economics, Wuhan University with a bachelor's degree, and then worked in the Financial Audit Department of The People's Republic of China for three years. After receiving a PhD in Finance from the Department of Finance at the University of New South Wales in 2001, he worked in the department until January 2015. He is currently a distinguished Professor of Finance at School of Economics, Shenzhen University.He currently studies corporate finance and is highly influential in international academia. His academic papers have been published in the world's top finance and finance journals, such as Journal of Finance，Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. He is also an anonymous reviewer of many world-renowned academic journals, including The Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Risk and Insurance, etc. At present, he is the assessor of the application and conclusion of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects. Professor Fan Li joined Shenzhen University in 2014. She gained Ph.D in economics from University of Florida, USA. She is an Overseas High-level Talent of Shenzhen, and a Distinguished Young Scholar of Shenzhen University. Her research mainly focuses on industrial organization, Internet and digital economy and applied econometrics. She also served as a research fellow of the Public Utilities Research Center of University of Florida and an instructor of the Regulatory Economics courses for international officials of the World Bank. She has published nearly 20 high-level (SSCI / SCI / CSSCI) papers. Her paper received the first prize award of China Logistics Society in year 2017. She also took in charge of 5 national, provincial or ministerial projects of scientific research. In year 2020 and 2021, the student teams advised by her won the Meritorious Winner Prize of American College Students’ mathematical modeling competition for two consecutive sessions.

Wu Fenglan, a professor with a PhD and deputy director of the editorial department of JECR, mainly researches on instituional economics, sepcial zone economy, bay area economy and the Belt and Road Initiative. She has persided over a National Social Science Foundation named Research on the Supply of International Public Goods Under the Belt and Road Initiative from the Perspective of Global Economic Governance, and has directed several social science planning projects of Guangdong Province and major projects of Shenzhen manicipal party committee and municipal government. Professor Zhang received his PhD in Management Science from the School of Economics and Management at the Nanjing University of Science & Technology in 2008. His academic interests lie broadly in the development economics of China, especially in the interaction between government, market and society of urban-rural governance of contemporary China.

His research was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China. His writings have appeared in publications such as Applied Economics, Social Choice and Welfare, Group Decision and Negotiation, etc., and won the China Institutional Economics Annual Conference and China Quantitative Economics Annual Conference Excellent Paper Award.

He has begun to work on an exciting portfolio of projects that examine empirically the possible consequences of informal institutions, just as traditional culture on urbanization and civilization in China. For the city of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, he also tried to explore the internal mechanism of innovation, especially the influence of the above-mentioned informal institution on innovation and entrepreneurship.

  Fumin Zhu is an associate professor of Finance in the College of Economics at Shenzhen University. Zhu earned his PhD in management from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and Joint Ph.D. from State University of New York at Stony Brook (Quantitative Finance project in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics). His research interests include derivative pricing and hedging, nonlinear financial econometrics, sequential Bayesian learning approach, FinTech and artificial intelligence.

He has finished heading the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China for young scholar and two projects of State Administration of Taxation. Now, he is holding a project of National Natural Science Foundation of China. Zhu has published more than ten papers in SCI/SSCI and more than ten papers in Chinese. Zhu’s work has appeared in Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics, Applied and Computational Harmonic Analysis, Neurocomputing, International Journal of Production Research.

  葉衛(wèi)平，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，深圳大學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展法治研究院院長(zhǎng)，國(guó)家社科基金重大項(xiàng)目首席專(zhuān)家，“錢(qián)端升法學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)”一等獎(jiǎng)獲得者，北京大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院訪(fǎng)問(wèn)教授、澳門(mén)科技大學(xué)法學(xué)院博士研究生導(dǎo)師、芝加哥肯特法學(xué)院暨馬克斯普朗克創(chuàng)新與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究所訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。

葉衛(wèi)平教授主要研究競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法和數(shù)字法，出版學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)著兩部，在《中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)》《中國(guó)法學(xué)》等期刊發(fā)表論文數(shù)十篇，獲得“廣東十大優(yōu)秀中青年法學(xué)家”等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。

Ye Weiping is a professor and doctoral supervisor, director of the Shenzhen University Institute for Innovation and Development of the Rule of Law, the Principal Investigator for a major project funded by the National Social Science Fund, and first-prize winner of the Qian Duansheng Award for Outstanding Legal Achievements. He is also a visiting professor at the Peking University School of International Law, a doctoral supervisor at the Macau University of Science and Technology's School of Law, a visiting scholar at Chicago-Kent College of Law and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.

Professor Ye Weiping specializes in competition law and digital law. He has published two academic monographs and dozens of papers in journals such as Social Sciences in China and China Legal Studies. He has been recognized with honors such as "Top Ten Outstanding Young and Middle-Aged Legal Scholars in Guangdong."

趙亞萍，博士，深圳大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院供應(yīng)鏈管理系副教授，深圳大學(xué)荔園優(yōu)青、新銳研究生導(dǎo)師，2018年獲得北京大學(xué)管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。長(zhǎng)期致力于低碳下的復(fù)雜隨機(jī)需求生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的多能源協(xié)同供能問(wèn)題、考慮環(huán)保及信息投入的供應(yīng)鏈博弈問(wèn)題等的研究。近年來(lái)主持或參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)，教育部人文社科基金1項(xiàng)，教育部產(chǎn)學(xué)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)，廣東省項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)等多個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目。以第一作者和通訊作者身份發(fā)表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI/EI檢索論文30余篇，出版專(zhuān)著1部。

Yaping Zhao obtained her Ph.D. degree from Peking University in 2018. She is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Economics, Shenzhen University. She has been recognized as “Liyuan Outstanding Young Scholar” and “Outstanding Yong Supervisor” by Shenzhen University. Her current research interests include complex stochastic production optimization under low carbon, data-driven multi-energy cooperative optimization, game problems with environmental protection and information considerations. She is in charge of or participate in 7 national/provincial research projects, and published more than 30 SSCI/SCI/CSSCI/EI papers and 1 book. The journals include European Journal of Operational Research, IEEE Transaction on Automation Science and Engineering, International Journal of Production Research, Annals of Operations Research, etc.

Researcher, doctoral supervisor, director of the Institute of New Economics and Finance of Shenzhen University, and former secretary-general and chief researcher of the Shenzhen Institute of State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprise Reform and Innovation. He holds a doctorate in management from Wuhan University, a postdoctoral fellow in economics from Peking University, and a visiting scholar at the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) in the United States. High-level talents in Shenzhen, leading talents in Nanshan, Shenzhen, winner of the Dong Furen Economics Award of Wuhan University, and selected into the ranking of the most influential scholars in Chinese philosophy and social sciences (economics) (2020). He is a member of the China Academic Committee of the United Nations Global Compact Initiative on Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), an expert in correspondence evaluation for the National Social Science Fund, and an expert in evaluating science and technology finance projects in Guangdong Province. He serves as an external director of several state-owned investment platforms. Host of the National Social Science Fund's "Research on International Experience and Chinese Practice in Fintech Supervision" and "Research on Financial Innovation for Cultural Industries". He is the earliest scholar in China to study fintech supervision and cultural finance. His research fields focus on fintech innovation and supervision, technology finance, cultural finance, venture capital financing, etc. He has presided over 4 national-level vertical research projects (2 projects from the National Social Science Fund, 1 project from the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education, and 1 project from the China Postdoctoral Fund), more than 20 vertical projects at the provincial and ministerial levels and below, and horizontal projects commissioned by the government and enterprises. He has published more than 40 academic papers in important domestic and foreign journals, published 3 monographs and 1 textbook, and has won the Shenzhen University Scientific Research Innovation Award many times.
