為提高學(xué)校的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，推進(jìn)學(xué)校高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)和國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，吸引更多國(guó)際學(xué)生到校留學(xué)，鼓勵(lì)國(guó)際學(xué)生認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、積極向上，實(shí)現(xiàn)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展，根據(jù)《深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金和助學(xué)金管理辦法》的有關(guān)要求，學(xué)校設(shè)立深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金、漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金。現(xiàn)將 2022 年深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金、漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金的申請(qǐng)通知如下：

一、具體項(xiàng)目

（一）2021-2022 學(xué)年度國(guó)際學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金

1.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）申請(qǐng)時(shí)正在我校就讀的學(xué)歷國(guó)際學(xué)生、語(yǔ)言國(guó)際學(xué)生（線(xiàn)下）；

（2）無(wú)違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)及校紀(jì)校規(guī)的行為；

（3）2021-2022 學(xué)年度積極參加學(xué)?；?qū)W院（部）組織的各項(xiàng)集體活動(dòng)，熱心為同學(xué)服務(wù)，如創(chuàng)新及文體表現(xiàn)、志愿服務(wù)表現(xiàn)和參加活動(dòng)表現(xiàn)三類(lèi)，并能協(xié)助學(xué)校國(guó)際學(xué)生管理部門(mén)開(kāi)展工作，成績(jī)較好，在國(guó)際學(xué)生中表現(xiàn)突出。

2.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金金額

深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：一等獎(jiǎng)每人 10000 元，二等獎(jiǎng)每人 7000 元，三等獎(jiǎng)每人 3000 元，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)每人 1000 元。

3.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金名額

根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際申請(qǐng)情況和表現(xiàn)等綜合確定。

（二）2021-2022 學(xué)年度國(guó)際學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)

1.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）申請(qǐng)時(shí)正在我校就讀的學(xué)歷國(guó)際學(xué)生、語(yǔ)言國(guó)際學(xué)生（線(xiàn)下）；

（2）無(wú)違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)及校紀(jì)校規(guī)的行為；

（3）在我校學(xué)習(xí)期間通過(guò)五級(jí)或六級(jí)漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）且成績(jī)優(yōu)秀。

2.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金金額

深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金：漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金（HSK6 級(jí)）每人 800 元，漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金（HSK5 級(jí)）每人 600 元。

3.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金名額

漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金（HSK6 級(jí)）、漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金（HSK5 級(jí)）分別不超過(guò) 5 個(gè)名額。

二、申請(qǐng)時(shí)段

2023 年 2 月 20 日-2023 年 2 月 24 日。

三、申請(qǐng)方式

由國(guó)際學(xué)生本人向國(guó)際交流學(xué)院 320 辦公室直接申請(qǐng)。不在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的學(xué)生通過(guò)郵件將電子版申請(qǐng)材料以“Application for scholarship”為郵件標(biāo)題發(fā)送至 [email protected]。

四、申請(qǐng)材料

（一）國(guó)際學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金

1.《深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)助金申請(qǐng)表》一份；

2. 2021-2022 學(xué)年度成績(jī)單；3.能證明參加比賽或活動(dòng)的相關(guān)正式材料。

（二）國(guó)際學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)水平獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)

1.《深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)助金申請(qǐng)表》一份；

2.2021-2022 學(xué)年度漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）證書(shū)原件或復(fù)印件。

五、其他

（一）國(guó)際交流學(xué)院組織學(xué)校國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)助金評(píng)審委員會(huì)，對(duì)申請(qǐng)人的材料進(jìn)行審核，按照公開(kāi)、公平、公正的原則，確定最終獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)生名單。

（二）申請(qǐng)人如有違反中國(guó)法律或?qū)W校校紀(jì)校規(guī)行為，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金申請(qǐng)資格立即取消，獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生則撤銷(xiāo)獲獎(jiǎng)榮譽(yù)和獎(jiǎng)金，上述學(xué)生取消其第二年評(píng)選資格。

（三）所有證明材料都應(yīng)在 2021-2022 學(xué)年度獲得，時(shí)間為

2021.9.1-2022.8.31.

Notice on Application for the 2022 Shenzhen University

International Student Social Practice Award and HSK Award

In order to improve the international competitiveness of the university, promote the construction of a high-level university and the internationalization process of the university, attract more international students to study in the university, and encourage international students to study hard and actively, achieve comprehensive development of virtue,

intelligence, physical conditions, mind status and community service. The university hereby establishes the 2022 Shenzhen University International Student Social Practice Award and HSK Award according to the On Awards, Scholarships and Grants of International Students of Shenzhen University. The announcement of the selection of the international student awards of Shenzhen University in 2022 is as follows:

1. Type of Rewards

(1)Social Practice Award (2021-2022 academic year)

a. Detailed Requirements

1) International degree students and International language students (offline) in our school during application.

2) No violation of Chinese laws, regulations and school discipline.

3) Actively participate in various group activities organized by the school or college (department) in 2021-2022 academic year, such as innovation and stylistic performance, volunteer service performance andparticipation performance. Serve the students enthusiastically, and assist the international student management department of the school to carry out the work, with good grades and outstanding performance among international students.

b. Amount of Award

Shenzhen University International Student Social Practice Award:

1) First prize: RMB 10,000 per student

2) Second prize: RMB 7,000 per student

3) Third prize：RMB 3,000 per student

4) Excellence award：RMB 1,000 per student

c. Quota

The quota will be determined by the student's actual application

situation and performance.

(2)HSK Award (2021-2022 academic year)

a. Detailed Requirements

1) International degree students and International language students

(offline) in our school during application.

2) No violation of Chinese laws and regulations and school discipline.

3) Applicants must pass HSK 5 or HSK 6 with excellent results during studying in our school.

b. Amout of Award

Shenzhen University International Student HSK Award：

1）HSK 6：RMB 800 per student2）HSK 5：RMB 600 per student

c. Quota

No more than 10 (HSK 6 and HSK 5 shall not exceed 5 respectively).

February 20th , 2023 -February 24th , 2023

3. Method for Application

Students in China should submit the paper application materials to Office 320 at College of International Exchange. 4. Materials for Application

(1)Social Practice Award

a. Shenzhen University International Student Scholarship Application Form.

b. Transcripts of the 2021-2022 academic year.

c. Relevant official documents proving participation in competitions or events.

(2) HSK Award

a. Shenzhen University International Student Scholarship Application Form.

b. Original or copy of HSK certificate of the 2021-2022 academic year.

5. Others

(1) International Student Scholarship Assessment Committee of the College of International Exchange shall review the materials of applicants and determine the list of winners according to the principles of openness, fairness and justice.

(2) In the case in which an applicant of the scholarship is found of breaking state law or university regulations, his or her application is immediately withdrawn, any given award will be canceled, and such student will be ineligible for scholarship in the following year.

(3) All certification materials should be awarded in 2021-2022 academic year.( From September 1st, 2021 to August 31st, 2022)

(5) Should there be any inconsistencies between Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
