為提高學(xué)校的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，推進(jìn)學(xué)校高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)和國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，鼓勵(lì)我校外國(guó)留學(xué)生努力學(xué)習(xí)、積極向上，投身科研事業(yè)，我校參照廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金。現(xiàn)將2019年深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金的申請(qǐng)通知如下：

一、申請(qǐng)各類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金者均需符合以下基本條件：

（一）我校就讀的世界各國(guó)留學(xué)生，本科生年齡應(yīng)在25 周歲以下，碩士生年齡應(yīng)在35 周歲以下，博士生和進(jìn)修生年齡應(yīng)在40 周歲以下。

（二）無(wú)違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)及校紀(jì)校規(guī)的行為。

（三）在校留學(xué)生需積極參加學(xué)校組織的各類(lèi)學(xué)生活動(dòng)，表現(xiàn)良好。

二、具體項(xiàng)目

（一）優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金（僅面向自費(fèi)學(xué)歷留學(xué)生）

1.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，本科生2018-2019學(xué)年度平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)須在3.4以上，研究生2018-2019學(xué)年度平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)須在3.0以上；

（2）上述學(xué)年度必修課程成績(jī)須及格；

（3）上述學(xué)年度每學(xué)期的平均出勤率須達(dá)80%；

（4）積極參與社會(huì)活動(dòng)，科研能力顯著，發(fā)展?jié)摿ν怀龅龋?/p>

（5）已在我校正式完成一年以上所讀層次學(xué)歷課程學(xué)習(xí)。

*已獲得2019年廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的留學(xué)生不予申請(qǐng)。2018-2019學(xué)年休學(xué)達(dá)一學(xué)期者不予申請(qǐng)。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

本科生：10000元/人/年

碩士生：15000元/人/年

（二）競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金

1.申請(qǐng)條件

由學(xué)校派出，參加2018-2019學(xué)年度國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)、市級(jí)比賽并獲三等獎(jiǎng)及以上（包含三等獎(jiǎng)）者，需提供相關(guān)獲獎(jiǎng)等級(jí)證書(shū)（團(tuán)體獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)發(fā)放的金額按照申請(qǐng)?jiān)搱F(tuán)體項(xiàng)目的人數(shù)進(jìn)行分配）。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（1）獲國(guó)家級(jí)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)的各類(lèi)在校留學(xué)生（入圍及以上）

資助金額：5000-10000元

（2）獲省級(jí)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)的各類(lèi)在校留學(xué)生（入圍及以上）

資助金額：2000-5000元

（3）獲市級(jí)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)的各類(lèi)在校留學(xué)生（三等獎(jiǎng)及以上）

資助金額：1000-1500元

（三）社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)

1.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）在2018-2019學(xué)年度中，擔(dān)任留學(xué)生干部，積極參加學(xué)校各項(xiàng)集體活動(dòng)，熱心為同學(xué)服務(wù)，并能協(xié)助學(xué)校留學(xué)生管理部門(mén)開(kāi)展工作，在留學(xué)生中表現(xiàn)突出，且應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)學(xué)校留學(xué)生招生或其他國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目有重要貢獻(xiàn)；

（2）上述學(xué)年所修必修課程成績(jī)須及格。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（1）突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)：2000-15000元/人

（2）貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)：1000元/人

（四）HSK過(guò)級(jí)獎(jiǎng)

1.申請(qǐng)條件

參加漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK），通過(guò)五級(jí)（260分以上）或六級(jí)（240分以上）者，取得HSK證書(shū)時(shí)間為2018年9月1日至2019年8月31日。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（按分?jǐn)?shù)高低排序,各選5名）

（1）5級(jí)：600元/人

（2）6級(jí)：800元/人

四、其它

（一）若申請(qǐng)者同時(shí)申報(bào)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金、社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)，按獎(jiǎng)金金額就高原則確定該生最終獲取的具體獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

（二）獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金數(shù)額及名額會(huì)根據(jù)屆時(shí)實(shí)際情況稍作調(diào)整，申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的評(píng)審結(jié)果為差額，存在落選可能性，按評(píng)審分?jǐn)?shù)排名錄取。

（三）申請(qǐng)人入有違反中國(guó)法律或?qū)W校校紀(jì)校規(guī)行為，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)資格立即取消，獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生則撤銷(xiāo)獲獎(jiǎng)榮譽(yù)和獎(jiǎng)金，上述學(xué)生取消其第二年評(píng)選資格。

Notice on Application for 2019 Shenzhen University International Student

Scholarship and Rewards

In order to enhance the international competitiveness of Shenzhen University, accelerate university’s globalization process, seek to become a high-level university, and generate high motivation towards current international students, the university hereby establishes the following awards and scholarships for the international students of Shenzhen University according to relevant criteria of Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship. The announcement of the selection of the international student scholarship and rewards of Shenzhen University in 2019 is as follows:

1. Applicants for various types of scholarships and awards must meet the following basic requirements:

(1) The international students studying in our university should be under 25 years of age for undergraduate, under 35 years of age for masters, and under 40 years of age for doctoral and language students.

(2) No violation of Chinese laws and regulations and school disciplines.

(3) International students at school must actively participate in various student activities organized by the school and perform well.

2. Type of Scholarship and Rewards

(1) Outstanding Student Scholarship

a. Detailed Requirements（Only for self-funded international degree students）

[1] Excellent performance with an average GPA of 3.4 or above for undergraduate student in 2018-2019 academic year or Excellent performance with an average GPA of 3.0 or above for graduate students in 2018-2019 academic year.

[2] The grades of the compulsory courses in the above academic year must pass;

[3] The average attendance rate for each semester of the above academic year must reach 80%;

[4] Actively participate in social activities; Remarkable scientific research capacity, outstanding development potential, etc.

[5] Students have completed more than one year's degree education in our university

＊International students who have won the 2019 Guangdong Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students will not be eligible to apply. Students who have been suspended for one semester in the 2018-2019 academic year will not be eligible to apply.

b. Award criteria

Undergraduate: 10000yuan/per year/person

Master: 15000yuan /per year/person

(2) Competition Bonus

a. Detailed Requirements

Those sent by the school to participate in the 2018-2019 academic year national, provincial and municipal competitions and win the third prize or above (including the third prize) shall provide the relevant award level certificate. (Amount of group awards given shall refer to the amount of individual awards in the corresponding awards).

b. Award criteria

National level: 5000-10000yuan/per year

Provincial level: 2000-5000yuan /per year

City level: 1000-1500yuan /per year

(3) Community Service Award

a. Detailed Requirements

Applicants must satisfy all of the following:

A) In the 2018-2019 academic year, student take on the position of an international student cadre, actively participate in various school collective activities, enthusiastically serve classmates, and be able to assist the school's international student management department in work. Or have contribution to other important international cooperation projects or admission of international students;

B) The grades of the compulsory courses required for the above academic year must pass.

b. Scholarship criteria

Outstanding Service Award: 2000-15000yuan/per year/ person

Service Award: 1000yuan /per year/person

(4) HSK Award

a. Detailed Requirements

Applicants must pass HSK level 5（above 260 points）or 6（above 240 points）.The time for obtaining the HSK certificate must be from September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019.

b. Scholarship Criteria (sorted by score, 5 candidates each)

level 5: 600yuan/per year/person

level 6: 800yuan /per year/person

4.Others

(1) If the applicant applies for an outstanding student scholarship, competition award, and social work award at the same time, the specific award that the student finally receives will be determined on the principle of high bonus amount.

(2) The number of scholarships will be slightly adjusted according to the actual situation at that time. The evaluation result of applying for scholarships is the difference of the amount, and there is possibility of losing the election.

(3) In the case where an applicant of the scholarship is found of breaking state law or university regulations, his or her application is immediately withdrawn, any given award will be canceled, and such student will be ineligible for scholarship in the following year.
