2025年深圳大學(xué)“廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)指南（僅面向?qū)W歷留學(xué)生老生）

一、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金簡(jiǎn)介

為吸引和鼓勵(lì)更多優(yōu)秀的外國(guó)學(xué)生來(lái)廣東學(xué)習(xí)，大力推動(dòng)廣東省高等教育留學(xué)生工作健康快速發(fā)展，提升廣東省高等教育的國(guó)家影響力和國(guó)際化水平，廣東省政府于2013年開(kāi)始設(shè)立“廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”項(xiàng)目。

二、申請(qǐng)條件

1. 申請(qǐng)人須擁有外國(guó)國(guó)籍，持有有效外國(guó)護(hù)照并符合在華留學(xué)的相關(guān)要求，年齡在40周歲以下。

2. 申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)在深圳大學(xué)就讀學(xué)歷課程，對(duì)華友好，身體健康。

3. 申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)已在我校接受正式學(xué)歷教育課程一年（含一年）以上，遵紀(jì)守法，勤奮好學(xué)，成績(jī)優(yōu)良，品行端正，沒(méi)有違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)和違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)行為紀(jì)錄。

4. 申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)優(yōu)異，具有相應(yīng)的漢語(yǔ)水平并提供相關(guān)證明（部分直接用英語(yǔ)授課的專(zhuān)業(yè)可適當(dāng)放寬條件），當(dāng)年度必修課課程成績(jī)均為良好以上，即必修課程成績(jī)?yōu)?/span>B以上，本科生2024-2025學(xué)年平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)應(yīng)為3.0以上，研究生2024-2025學(xué)年平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)應(yīng)為2.6以上。

5. 申請(qǐng)人必須是當(dāng)年沒(méi)有享受中國(guó)政府各類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金及其他任何中國(guó)各級(jí)政府資助形式。

6. 對(duì)學(xué)院、學(xué)校有突出貢獻(xiàn)者給予優(yōu)先考慮。

7. 欠繳學(xué)雜費(fèi)者，取消申請(qǐng)資格。

四、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間和方式

申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：2025年7月2日-8月17日

申請(qǐng)方式：國(guó)際學(xué)生登錄國(guó)際交流學(xué)院系統(tǒng)（status.szu.edu.cn），在線(xiàn)遞交資料，專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)院先行評(píng)審并推薦（9月1日前完成評(píng)審及公示），擬推薦獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金人員紙質(zhì)版材料請(qǐng)于9月5日前遞交至國(guó)際交流學(xué)院320辦公室。

五、申請(qǐng)材料

1.（必交材料）《廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（一）》（附件1），由申請(qǐng)人本人簽字。

2.（必交材料）2024-2025學(xué)年成績(jī)單。

3.（必交材料）護(hù)照復(fù)印件（有效期內(nèi)的普通護(hù)照）。

4. （必交材料）電子證件照（JPG格式）。

5. （選交材料） HSK4級(jí)或以上考試證書(shū)復(fù)印件（僅限中文授課專(zhuān)業(yè)申請(qǐng)者）。提交復(fù)印件的學(xué)生注冊(cè)時(shí)原件需接受檢查，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)證件偽造將取消錄取資格。

6.（選交材料） 有發(fā)表公開(kāi)論文的學(xué)生需要提交論文以及我校圖書(shū)館出具的《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》（點(diǎn)擊http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp獲取《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》指南）。

7.（選交材料）上一學(xué)年獲得獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)、獎(jiǎng)狀等證明材料（2024年9月1日-2025年6月30日）

★用筆填寫(xiě)好《廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（一）》后，需將其掃描制成電子版。

★必要時(shí)，我校會(huì)要求申請(qǐng)人提交補(bǔ)充材料。

★如有可以證明自己綜合能力的文件，如獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)、獎(jiǎng)狀等，可在申請(qǐng)時(shí)一并提交。

★不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

六、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選和結(jié)果公布

我校將組織專(zhuān)家綜合考慮申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、學(xué)術(shù)能力、科研成果和導(dǎo)師意見(jiàn)并確定候選人名單，于2025年9月向廣東省教育廳提交獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金候選人名單，由廣東省教育廳對(duì)名單進(jìn)行最終審核并確定最終獲獎(jiǎng)名單。2025年10月下旬公布獲獎(jiǎng)名單。

七、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的發(fā)放

獲獎(jiǎng)名單公布后，將在2025年底由學(xué)校一次性發(fā)至獲得者的個(gè)人中國(guó)銀行賬戶(hù)。

2025 Shenzhen University “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” Application Guidelines 

(For returning degree students only)

Ⅰ Overview

In order to attract and encourage more outstanding foreign students to study in Guangdong, vigorously promote the healthy and rapid development of international students studying in Guangdong Province, raise the national influence and internationalization level of higher education in Guangdong. In 2013, the Government of Guangdong Province set up the "Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong".

Ⅱ Eligibility

1. The applicants must possess foreign nationality, hold valid foreign passport and be under 40-year-old.

2. The applicants must be degree students at Shenzhen University, be in good health and have friendly sentiments to China.

3. The applicants must have already attended degree courses for one year or above at Shenzhen University, have a good academic and moral performance, and abide by Chinese law, regulations as well as university rules.

4. The applicants should have excellent academic performance and must have good level of Chinese language skills and should be able to provide relevant statement (except for students studying in English-taught programs), and grades of their compulsory courses of that academic year must be B or above. For undergraduate students, GPA of 2024-2025 academic year must be 3.0 or above; for postgraduate students, GPA of 2024-2025 academic year must be 2.6 or above.

5. The applicants should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, Confucius Institute scholarship, or any other form of Chinese government funding.

6. Students who have made a great contribution to CIE and SZU can get a priority for scholarship application.

7. Students who defaulted on payment shall be disqualified from application.

Ⅲ Scholarship Amount and Quota

IV When and How to Apply

Application dates: From July 2,2025 to August 17, 2025.

Application method: International students can log in the system of the College of International Exchange (status.szu.edu.cn) and submit the documents online. The professional college will review and recommend the scholarship first before September 1, and the paper version of the scholarship should be submitted to the 320 office of the College of International Exchange before September 5.

Ⅴ Required Application Materials

1. (Required)Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1 (It could be downloaded in the attachment file), should be signed by the applicant.

2. (Required)Transcripts of 2024 -2025 academic year.

3.(Required)Copy of the information page of the passport (should be within the validity period).

4. (Required)Digital identification photo (JPG format).

5. Copy of HSK4 or above certificate (only for applicants apply for Chinese taught programs) which will be well examined. The applicants shall be disqualified, if forgery is found.

6. Students who published academic papers should submit his or her paper and Citation Search Report from Shenzhen University Library (Click here http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/en/research/drdp?for guidelines to obtain Citation Search Report).

7.Certificates, awards and other certificates obtained in the previous academic year (September 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

★ After filling out Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1（Attachment 1） WITH BLACK PEN, please scan it and make it into a digital version.

★ Supplementary materials would be asked to submit when necessary.

★ Substantial documents like certificates of awards, certificates of commendation could raise the profile, applicants can submit them as well.

★ Documents wouldn’t be returned under any circumstances.

VI Appraisal and Announcement

After the registration of the applicants, experts will be organized to appraise the applicant's documents and determine the final list of candidates, it will be submitted to the Guangdong provincial education department in September 2025. The Guangdong provincial education department will proceed with final assessment. The list of final winners will be announced in October 2025.

Ⅶ Distribution

Once the winner list is announced, scholarship will be distributed to the recipient's personal Bank of China bank account before the end of December.
