深圳大學(xué)香港學(xué)院隸屬深圳大學(xué)（深大校發(fā)〔2024〕98號(hào)），旨在積極探索促進(jìn)深港教育的雙向融合發(fā)展，服務(wù)粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)，為學(xué)生在香港接受優(yōu)質(zhì)高等教育提供更多元的選擇。深圳大學(xué)與香港大公文匯傳媒集團(tuán)等合作，打造產(chǎn)教融合的新型學(xué)院，培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀傳媒人才。深圳大學(xué)香港學(xué)院提供在香港授課的深圳大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位課程，均經(jīng)香港教育局根據(jù)《非本地高等及專(zhuān)業(yè)教育(規(guī)管)條例》(第493章)第10條注冊(cè)（課程注冊(cè)編號(hào)233326、233327）。

Subordinate to Shenzhen University, Shenzhen University Hong Kong College works to promote the two-way integrated development of education in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, serve the development of the Greater Bay Area, and provide more options for students to enjoy quality higher education locally. SZU collaborates with Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group and other organizations to establish this new form of college that integrates industrial and educational practices, and cultivates outstanding media talents. The campus offers SZU's bachelor programs conducted at Hong Kong, which are registered by the Hong Kong Education Bureau under the Section 10 of the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance (Cap. 493) (Registration No. 233326, 233327).

三、申請(qǐng)資格Eligibility

1.申請(qǐng)人須是非中國(guó)國(guó)籍公民，年滿(mǎn)18周歲且不超過(guò)30周歲，持有效外國(guó)護(hù)照，身體健康，品行端正，遵守中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。

Applicants must be Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passports and shall be 18-30 years old. He / She should be in good health conditions and of good conduct. He / She should also abide by the Chinese laws, regulations and the rules of the university.

2.高中畢業(yè)及以上學(xué)歷（申請(qǐng)時(shí)尚未畢業(yè)須提供預(yù)畢業(yè)證明，最遲在入學(xué)前取得高中畢業(yè)證書(shū)）。

Applicants should be graduated from high school or above （Applicants who are still in the last year of high school can provide expected graduation certificate for submitting application while the official graduation certificate must be provided before enrollment）.

3.滿(mǎn)足相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)言水平要求（證書(shū)須在有效期內(nèi)） 。

Applicants should meet the corresponding language level requirements (The language proficiency certificate must be within the validity period).

中華人民共和國(guó)教育部《教外函〔2020〕12號(hào)》?！耙弧⒁罁?jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)籍法》第五條，父母雙方或一方為中國(guó)公民并定居在外國(guó)，本人出生時(shí)即具有外國(guó)國(guó)籍的，不具有中國(guó)國(guó)籍。自2021年起，其申請(qǐng)作為國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入我高等學(xué)校本專(zhuān)科階段學(xué)習(xí)，除符合學(xué)校的其他報(bào)名資格外，還應(yīng)持有有效的外國(guó)護(hù)照或國(guó)籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入學(xué)年度的4月30日前）之內(nèi)有在外國(guó)實(shí)際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實(shí)際在外國(guó)居住滿(mǎn)9個(gè)月可按一年計(jì)算，以入境和出境簽章為準(zhǔn)）。二、祖國(guó)大陸（內(nèi)地）、香港、澳門(mén)和臺(tái)灣居民在移民并獲得外國(guó)國(guó)籍后申請(qǐng)作為國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入我高等學(xué)校本專(zhuān)科階段學(xué)習(xí)的，應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足本通知第一項(xiàng)要求。”

The No.12 Document of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Education, PRC is administered by the University. Two important items of the Document are to note. First, according to Article 5 of Nationality Law of The People's Republic of China, a person whose parents are both Chinese citizens and have both settled abroad, or one of whose parents is a Chinese citizen and has settled abroad, and who has acquired foreign nationality at birth shall not have Chinese nationality. Since 2021, those applying to study at universities or junior colleges of China as international students, should satisfy the following additional requirements:

1) Applicants must hold valid foreign passports or other relevant international recognized documents for at least 4 years; meanwhile, in the latest 4 years (by each April 30th of the year of university registration), the applicants must live overseas for more than 2 years (Living overseas for 9 months in a year can be regarded as 1 year, which is subject to the exit-entry stamps on passport.).

2) Applicants who have immigrated to a foreign country from the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan region and apply to study at universities or junior colleges of China as international students should be subject to the above regulations as well.

1.請(qǐng)登陸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站http://www.siskop.xyz/ 在線(xiàn)報(bào)名。

Please log on website of CIE: http://www.siskop.xyz to register online.

2.進(jìn)入報(bào)名系統(tǒng)，選擇“香港本科”留學(xué)生類(lèi)別，填寫(xiě)個(gè)人信息并按要求上傳材料，提交申請(qǐng)。

Log in application system, select “HK Undergraduate” under Application Student Category, fill in personal information, upload documents as required and then submit application.

3.辦理簽證所需材料將于學(xué)生被錄取后由深圳大學(xué)香港學(xué)院統(tǒng)一通知。

Required documents for visa application will be notified by Shenzhen University Hong Kong College after students have been admitted.

五、申請(qǐng)材料  Application Materials

1.高中畢業(yè)證書(shū)、成績(jī)單原件掃描件，應(yīng)屆生可提供就讀高中出具的預(yù)畢業(yè)證明。（入學(xué)前必須取得畢業(yè)證書(shū)，入學(xué)時(shí)將查驗(yàn)）

Scanned copy of high school certification and transcript. Recent graduates shall provide pre-graduation certificate which shows your expected graduation time and present the original high school certification, transcripts, and their translations when you register.

Two Recommendation Letters (email, phone number and signature should be included.) and a Study Plan (around 500 words) should be provided.

* 除上述申請(qǐng)材料外，申請(qǐng)人須根據(jù)我校的要求，按時(shí)提交其他補(bǔ)充材料。

In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials required by SZU in time.

* 以上材料均須中文或英文版本，其他語(yǔ)種須提供翻譯件的公證件。

Documents other than Chinese or English are required to be translated and notarized.

* 申請(qǐng)材料不全者不予受理。不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

Applicants who provide incomplete materials will not be accepted. The materials above won’t be returned whether you are admitted or not.

六、錄取流程Admission Procedure

1.申請(qǐng)截止后，專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)院組織專(zhuān)家評(píng)審小組對(duì)申請(qǐng)資料進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)審核，如有需要，可安排遠(yuǎn)程或線(xiàn)下面試。

After the application deadline, professional college of SZU will organize a panel of experts to conduct application documents review and professional assessment on the applicants. Remote or face-to-face interviews may be needed at this stage, if deemed necessary.

2.7月至8月，預(yù)錄取結(jié)果將以郵件形式通知學(xué)生。學(xué)生也可在網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)查詢(xún)錄取進(jìn)展。

Pre-admission results will be sent to applicants by email and admission results can be checked through the online application system between July and August.

3. 7月至8月，確定最終錄取的學(xué)生名單，并按照學(xué)生提供的電子郵件發(fā)送電子版的錄取材料。

After confirmation of the list of admitted applicants, scanned copies of admission packages will be sent to the email address provided by the applicants between July and August.

4.被錄取的學(xué)生須根據(jù)《錄取通知書(shū)》上的報(bào)到日期和地點(diǎn)，前往深圳大學(xué)香港學(xué)院現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)到注冊(cè)，不接受學(xué)生提前報(bào)到。

Admitted students are required to register on-site at Shenzhen University Hong Kong College in accordance with the date and the address stated in Admission Notice. Early registration is not accepted. 

5.報(bào)到時(shí)將核驗(yàn)畢業(yè)證書(shū)原件、語(yǔ)言水平證書(shū)等。未能提供證書(shū)或證書(shū)核驗(yàn)不通過(guò)者，將被取消錄取資格。

Original documents such as Graduation Certificate/Diploma, Language Proficiency Certificate will be verified on the registration day. Students who fail to provide or verify their original documents will be disqualified for admission.

七、費(fèi)用 Fees

1.申請(qǐng)費(fèi)：500港幣，申請(qǐng)費(fèi)一經(jīng)支付，概不退還。未按時(shí)支付申請(qǐng)費(fèi)的申請(qǐng)不予受理。

Application Fee: 500 HKD. Application fee is non-refundable once paid. An application will not be processed until the application fee is paid. 

2. 注冊(cè)費(fèi): 3,000 港幣，辦理注冊(cè)手續(xù)時(shí)繳納，一經(jīng)支付，概不退還。

Registration Fee: 3,000 HKD. Registration Fee will be paid at the time of registration and is non-refundable once paid.

The above fees will be charged in the name of the Hong Kong Merito College of Higher Education Limited, which is the operator of non-local courses of the program. The receipts will also be issued to candidates by Hong Kong Merito College of Higher Education Limited.

八、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金Scholarships

1.深圳大學(xué)荔園國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：獲錄取并確認(rèn)就讀香港學(xué)院的2024級(jí)留學(xué)生，可參照深圳大學(xué)校本部留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金實(shí)施辦法，申請(qǐng)荔園獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，其中一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金人民幣26000元/學(xué)年，并提供人民幣12000元/學(xué)年的生活補(bǔ)助；二等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金人民幣26000元/學(xué)年；三等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金人民幣13000元/學(xué)年；四等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金首年人民幣10000元，一次性發(fā)放。以上獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金由深圳大學(xué)根據(jù)荔園獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選細(xì)則發(fā)放，其中一二三等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金最長(zhǎng)發(fā)放年限不超過(guò)項(xiàng)目學(xué)制年限。

Liyuan International Scholarship: Admitted applicant who officially enrolled as a student of Shenzhen University Hong Kong College in 2024 academic year will be able to apply for Liyuan International Scholarship in accordance with Regulations on Scholarships of International Students of SZU. Details of various class honors are listed as below:

First class honor	CNY 26000 per year + living allowance of CNY 12000 per year
Second class honor	CNY 26000 per year
Third class honor	CNY 13000 per year
Fourth class honor	CNY 10000 for the first year

Liyuan International Scholarship will be awarded in accordance with the evaluation rules and regulations by SZU and the awarded period shall not exceed the duration of the program.

2.首屆新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：獲錄取并正式注冊(cè)入讀的首屆2024級(jí)學(xué)生均可獲得新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。一等獎(jiǎng)不超過(guò)15名，金額為HKD20,000；二等獎(jiǎng)不超過(guò)30名，金額為HKD10,000；三等獎(jiǎng)不超過(guò)50名，金額為HKD5,000。由深圳大學(xué)設(shè)置并根據(jù)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選細(xì)則負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)放。

The Pioneer Freshman Scholarship: Admitted applicant who officially enrolled as a student of Shenzhen University Hong Kong College in 2024 academic year will be awarded with the Pioneer Freshman Scholarship. Details of various class honors are listed as below:

First class honor	HKD20,000 for each person (No more than 15 candidates)
Second class honor	HKD10,000 for each person (No more than 30 candidates)
Third class honor	HKD5,000 for each person (No more than 50 candidates)

Pioneer Freshman Scholarship will be awarded in accordance with the evaluation rules and regulations by SZU.

九、其他信息 Other Information

1.香港學(xué)院學(xué)生報(bào)到及學(xué)習(xí)地點(diǎn)在香港，相關(guān)培養(yǎng)及管理原則按照《深圳大學(xué)普通高等教育本科生學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定（修訂）》執(zhí)行。學(xué)生在就讀期間有在深圳本校交流學(xué)習(xí)意愿的，經(jīng)深圳大學(xué)審核并同意后可來(lái)深圳大學(xué)本校就讀一學(xué)期或一學(xué)年。

Admitted students will enroll and study in Shenzhen University Hong Kong College and relevant training and management principles will be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Undergraduate Students of Ordinary Higher Education of Shenzhen University (Revised). Students who wish to study in Shenzhen Campus during their academy may attend an exchange program for one semester or one academic year after evaluated and approved by Shenzhen University.

2.根據(jù)香港《非本地高等及專(zhuān)業(yè)教育 ( 規(guī)管 ) 條例》規(guī)定，香港學(xué)院提供的是已注冊(cè)課程，個(gè)別雇主可酌情決定是否承認(rèn)本課程可令學(xué)員獲取的任何資格。

These are registered courses under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance in Hong Kong. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognize any qualification to which these courses may lead.
