為提高學(xué)校的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，推進(jìn)學(xué)校高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)和國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，吸引更多國(guó)際學(xué)生到校留學(xué)，鼓勵(lì)國(guó)際學(xué)生認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、積極向上，實(shí)現(xiàn)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展，根據(jù)《深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金和助學(xué)金管理辦法》的有關(guān)要求，學(xué)校設(shè)立深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金?，F(xiàn)將2025年深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)通知如下：

一、申請(qǐng)條件

（一）申請(qǐng)時(shí)正在我校就讀的本科國(guó)際學(xué)生、碩士國(guó)際學(xué)生。

（二）無(wú)違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)及校紀(jì)校規(guī)的行為。

（三）2024-2025 學(xué)年的必修課無(wú)不及格。

（四）2024-2025 學(xué)年度，碩士生平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)需在2.0分以上，本科生平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)需在2.5以上。

（五）未獲得2025年度廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金或2025年度深圳市大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金（不含困難學(xué)生助學(xué)金）。

（六）學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金用于獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)在讀期間學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的本科及碩士層級(jí)國(guó)際學(xué)生。荔園國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金不能重復(fù)獲得。

二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金金額

（一）本科生學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：一等獎(jiǎng)每人10000元，二等獎(jiǎng)每人7000元，三等獎(jiǎng)每人4000元。

（二）碩士生學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：一等獎(jiǎng)每人15000元，二等獎(jiǎng)每人10000元，三等獎(jiǎng)每人5000元。

三、申請(qǐng)時(shí)段

學(xué)生申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：2025年12月4日-5日,8日-10日；各學(xué)院（部）初評(píng)與推薦時(shí)間：2025年12月11日-2025年12月17日；遞交擬推薦人材料時(shí)間：2025年12月18日。

四、申請(qǐng)方式

國(guó)際學(xué)生本人向所在學(xué)院（部）提出申請(qǐng)，由所在學(xué)院（部）進(jìn)行初評(píng)和推薦，學(xué)院（部）將擬推薦人材料提交國(guó)際交流學(xué)院進(jìn)行終審。

五、申請(qǐng)材料

（一）《深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)助金申請(qǐng)表》一份。

（二）2024-2025學(xué)年成績(jī)單。

六、其他

（一）國(guó)際學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金按照校、院（部）兩級(jí)評(píng)審機(jī)制，按照公開(kāi)、公平、公正的原則進(jìn)行評(píng)審。各學(xué)院（部）國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審小組進(jìn)行初評(píng)并按指標(biāo)推薦候選人。學(xué)校國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)助金評(píng)審委員會(huì)進(jìn)行終審，最終確定獲獎(jiǎng)名單。

（二）申請(qǐng)人如有違反中國(guó)法律或?qū)W校校紀(jì)校規(guī)行為，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)資格立即取消，獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生則撤銷(xiāo)獲獎(jiǎng)榮譽(yù)和獎(jiǎng)金，上述學(xué)生取消其第二年評(píng)選資格。

（三）所有證明材料都應(yīng)在2024-2025學(xué)年度獲得，時(shí)間為2024.9.1-2025.8.31.

（四）更多要求參考《深圳大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金和助學(xué)金管理辦法》。

（五）若英文譯本與中文有異，以中文版本為準(zhǔn)。

Notice on Application for the 2025 Shenzhen University

International Student Academic Scholarship

In order to improve the international competitiveness of the university, promote the construction of a high-level university and the internationalization process of the university, attract more international students to study in the university, and encourage international students to study hard and actively, achieve comprehensive development of virtue,intelligence, physical conditions, mind status and community service. The university hereby establishes the 2025 Shenzhen University International Student Academic Scholarship according to the On Awards, Scholarships and Grants of International Students of Shenzhen University. The announcement of the selection of the international student scholarship of Shenzhen University in 2025 is as follows:

1. Detailed Requirements

(1) International students(undergraduates and masters) from our school during application.

(2) No violation of Chinese laws and regulations and school discipline.

(3) Pass all required courses in 2024-2025 academic year.

(4) To apply for the scholarship, all the grade of compulsory courses taken in 2024-2025 academic year are required to pass with good performance for an average GPA of 2.0 or above for undergraduate student and the average GPA of 2.5 or above for master students.

(5) Students who have not won the 2025 Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship or the 2025 Shenzhen Universiade scholarship (not including financial aid for students in need).

(6) Academic scholarships are awarded to international students at undergraduate and master's level who have achieved outstanding academic results during their studies. International scholarships and academic scholarships can't be awarded repeatedly.

2. Amount of Scholarship

(1) Academic scholarship for undergraduates:

a. First prize：RMB 10,000 per student

b. Second prize：RMB 7,000 per student

c. Third prize：RMB 4,000 per student

(2) Academic scholarship for masters:

a. First prize：RMB 15,000 per student

b. Second prize：RMB 10,000 per student

c. Third prize：RMB 5,000 per student

3. Time for Application

(1) Application：December 4^th to 5^th and December 8^th to 10^th , 2025

(2) Evaluation：December 11^th , 2025-December 17^th , 2025

(3) Submission：December 18^th , 2025

4. Method for Application

International students shall apply to their belonging college(department), and the college (department) will conduct the initial evaluation and recommendation first. Then submit the materials of the proposed referees to the College of International Exchange for final review.

5. Materials for Application

(1)Shenzhen University International Student Scholarship Application Form.

(2)Transcripts of the 2024-2025 academic year.

6. Others

(1) Winners of Academic Scholarship will be reviewed according to two - level assessment system and the principles of openness, fairness and justice. Scholarship assessment group from each college (department) shall conduct initial review and recommend proposed applicants according to the standards. After then, International Student Scholarship Assessment Committee will make final decision and determine list of the winners.

(2) In the case in which an applicant of the scholarship is found of breaking state law or university regulations, his or her application is immediately withdrawn, any given award will be canceled, and such student will be ineligible for scholarship in the following year.

(3)All certification materials should be awarded in 2024-2025 academic year.( From September 1st, 2024 to August 31st , 2025)

(5) Should there be any inconsistencies between Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
