在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的國(guó)際學(xué)生：

深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)基金會(huì)）是深圳為弘揚(yáng)大運(yùn)精神，促進(jìn)國(guó)際青年文化教育交流，特地籌集資金設(shè)立的一家專(zhuān)門(mén)資助留學(xué)生的基金會(huì)。2023年大運(yùn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)工作現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)（《深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)2023年資助學(xué)生遴選公告》發(fā)布于大運(yùn)基金會(huì)微信公眾號(hào)和網(wǎng)站Https://suisf.org.cn），與國(guó)際學(xué)生有關(guān)的信息如下：

一、相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目

項(xiàng)目七	在中國(guó)境內(nèi)高等院校接受全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷教育的境外家庭困難學(xué)生	不限 名額	0.6萬(wàn)元人民幣/人

備注：不在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的學(xué)生不能申請(qǐng)。

二、申請(qǐng)資料

（一）申請(qǐng)人必須遞交的申請(qǐng)資料

1. 2023年遴選資助申報(bào)材料封面；

2.《境外學(xué)生來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)資助申請(qǐng)表》；

3. 申請(qǐng)人5分鐘以?xún)?nèi)的申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目情況介紹視頻，制作參考附件3；

    4. 申請(qǐng)人有效身份證明（身份證、護(hù)照等）復(fù)印件，外籍華裔申請(qǐng)人其      父母及祖父母或外祖父母加入同一外籍的證明文件復(fù)印件；

5.申請(qǐng)人在中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)學(xué)校錄取通知書(shū)復(fù)印件。如果是英文的，須有中 英文對(duì)照翻譯文本；

6.兩名所在就讀學(xué)校在職教師簽名出具的推薦信（原件），如推薦信是英文的需翻譯成中文；

7.學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單。申請(qǐng)人提供最近2個(gè)學(xué)期由就讀單位教務(wù)處或有關(guān)學(xué)生管理部門(mén)開(kāi)具并蓋章的成績(jī)單；

8.漢語(yǔ)水平證明復(fù)印件。非必要材料。如有請(qǐng)?zhí)峤荒壳俺钟械腍SK證書(shū)；

9.曾受本基金會(huì)資助的留學(xué)生繼續(xù)學(xué)業(yè)（不含復(fù)讀）或接受高一層次全日制學(xué)歷教育的申請(qǐng)人，必須提交上一學(xué)年度或上一層次學(xué)歷教育學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單和學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)情況匯報(bào)（紙質(zhì)和電子版文本）。來(lái)華申請(qǐng)人如有近期公開(kāi)發(fā)表的宣傳中國(guó)文化、深圳發(fā)展的通訊報(bào)道也一并提交；

10.申請(qǐng)人近三年獲得校級(jí)以上各種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、榮譽(yù)證書(shū)復(fù)印件；市級(jí)以上報(bào)刊登載的個(gè)人事跡復(fù)印件；

11.申請(qǐng)人在市級(jí)以上報(bào)刊發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文、文章和獲得專(zhuān)利證書(shū)復(fù)印件。如成書(shū)的，提供書(shū)的封面、內(nèi)容介紹（前言）、出版社及出版書(shū)號(hào)頁(yè)面復(fù)印件；

12.有發(fā)表公開(kāi)論文的學(xué)生需要提交論文以及我校圖書(shū)館出具的《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》（點(diǎn)擊http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp獲取《論文收錄引用檢索證明報(bào)告》指南）；

13.境外家庭困難的申請(qǐng)人，須提供所在國(guó)家或地區(qū)政府或高校有關(guān)困難家庭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定、申請(qǐng)人家庭有關(guān)情況的證明材料。

（二）所有申請(qǐng)資料提交后不退還。

Notice on international students' application for Shenzhen Universiade scholarship

International students in Mainland China,

Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “SUISF”) is a dedicated foundation established by Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government with specially raised funds to support the international students with a view to carrying forward the spirit of the Universiade Shenzhen 2011 and promoting cultural and educational exchanges among international young people.

The application for the 2023 Universiade scholarship has been started. Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2023 was published on the Universiade Foundation's WeChat official account and website Https://suisf.org.cn.Information for international students is as follows

I. Funding Programs

Program	Scope of Selection	Quotas	Funding Criteria
Program 1	overseas students to receive full-time    education of bachelor’s degree or higher  degree at colleges and universities in China	75	40,000 RMB for each undergraduate student per year, 45,000 RMB for     each Master student per year, and     48,000 RMB for each PhD student per year.
Program 2	international students to study Chinese  language and literature at colleges and   universities in Shenzhen (for more than half a year)	30	10,000 RMB per student for more      than half a year
Program 7	students with financial difficulties and  provide financial aid to overseas students from poor families who receive full-time education of bachelor's degree or higher degree at colleges and universities in China.	Unlimited	6,000 RMB per student

Note: students who are not in China cannot apply.

II. Miscellaneous

(I) Application materials

1. Front cover of application materials for selection of funded students in 2023 (Appendix 1);

2. Application Form for Funding Overseas Students to Study in China (Appendix 2);

3. A self-introduction video of the applicant in less than five minutes, reference Appendix 3;

4. A copy of proof as the applicant’s valid identity (ID card, passport, etc.). Copies of documents certifying that the applicant's parents and grandparents or maternal grandparents have joined the same foreign nationality;

5. A copy of the admission letter of the applicant coming to study in China. If it is in English, there must be a translated bilingual text in both Chinese and English;

6. Two seperate original recommendation letters from two teachers or professors of the college/university;  if they are in English, they should be translated into Chinese;

7. Academic Transcripts. The applicant shall provide transcripts issued and stamped by the academic affairs office or relevant student management department of the studying unit for the past two semesters;

8. Copy of Chinese proficiency certificate. It’s not necessary materials. If you have, please submit the current HSK certificate;

9. Applicants who have been funded by SUISF to continue their studies in China or to accept full-time academic education at a higher level must submit their academic transcripts and reports on their academic performance of the previous academic year or at the previous level (in printed or electronic version). Applicants who come to China should also submit any recently published communication reports promoting Chinese culture and Shenzhen's development;

10.Copies of awards and honorary certificates received by the applicant in the last three years; Copies of personal deeds about the applicant published in newspapers and periodicals at or above the municipal level;

11. Copies of the applicant's academic papers and articles published in newspapers and periodicals above the municipal level and copies of the applicant’s patent certificates. If they are bound into books, submit copies of the cover, content introduction (preface), and publisher and ISBN page of the books;

12. Students who have published public papers need to submit their papers and the proof report of citation and retrieval of papers from SZU library (Click http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp Obtain the guide to the citation and retrieval proof report of Thesis Collection);

13. Overseas applicants from families with financial difficulties should submit a copy of provisions of the national or regional government or the universities concerning the poverty line standard of the families with financial difficulties, the relevant certification materials showing the relevant information on the applicants’ families, together with the review comments of the universities enrolling such applicants.

(II) No application materials will be returned upon submission.
